By downloading or using Mafia Chase: Highway Racing ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and processed by Apple. You may restore previously purchased items using the restore function within the Game. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
Any virtual currency or items earned or purchased within the Game have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded outside of the Game.

All content in the Game, including graphics, audio, code, and design, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Game without permission.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
